Enzyme Defense (Formerly Virastop) contains an exclusive blend of proteases to assist the body in purification.* The immune system can then concentrate its full action on the invasion. Recommended Usage

For maintenance take 2 capsules first thing in the morning and right before bed. Works best in combination with Digest.

For therapeutic purposes take 3 capsules, 3 times a day on an empty stomach. More can be taken as needed.

If at anytime you feel discomfort, take 2 capsules of Acid Soothe. For support, continue to take Acid Soothe with your Virastop or Digest with meals and when needed.

Plant-based proteases have the ability to break down a fairly wide range of proteins in a reasonably wide pH. However, plant based proteases do not break down all proteins. The proteins that these proteases break down have to fit into one of three categories: Dead, Damaged or Does not belong. For proteases to digest proteins, they have to be attached to a dead organism, damaged or be a protein that does not belong in the body.
